Are the programs customized for me?
Absolutely! We understand that you are an individual, you are not like everyone else. We tailor our programs to fit your goals and together come up with a strategy that will work for you to achieve our goals. When you win, we win.
WHat qualifications does your trainers have?
Each trainer must have a credential or qualification that is recognized by the National Competency Association, and each trainer must pass a rigorous buddy fitness screening process. In addition, our trainers are graduates of a 4 year bachelor's degree in the study of the human body.
WHat equipment do I neeD?
All the equipment necessary for your program will be brought to your location. If you have enough room to lie down and stand up, that is enough for us to customize and do your entire exercise program.
I am very busy. But I want to be healthy. What Can I do?
Our 1on1 personal training help will be great for you! Save yourself the time, the effort of going to the gym, researching exercises, and diets. This is the most efficient way to get your information that you need.
I want to eat healthy. Is there a nutrition plan?
Absolutely! Eating healthy is important, and we have to look at all the aspects of being healthy. Our body is the car, and we need to provide it with premium gas! Our buddy trainers have put together a customized nutrition plan that will teach you strategies to set you up to win forever, not just short term.
I'm not ready to have a certified buddy trainer yet, is there something else I can do?
We truly want people to improve themselves everyday! If you feel like you are not ready, just follow along with the blogs and social media, try to make small steps everyday until you are ready. Our goal is to have you more active, if you just need motivation & advice, we even have a package for that! If you do choose to go solo however, please try to do the right things because you could be doing more harm to your body than good! Training improper movement patterns can damage your tissues that will set you back to maybe worse than you started.
Can my partner train with me, even if they are at a different level?
Absolutely! We do couples training quite often. Is there someone you want to bring along to the workout? Bring them if it makes you feel more comfortable to have an extra buddy around!
